Our Wedding

You may be familiar with the whole story by now but let’s do a little recap! Drew and I met in 2011 while working together at a restaurant in Chestnut Hill MA. (no longer there unfortunately!) We began spending more and more time together, and quickly realized we were going to be more than co-workers. We quickly found that spark in each other and it all took off! Since then, we’ve lived in many different places (Within Massachusetts of course, we have a hard time being away from family and friends for too long) and ended up in our sweet little home in Cambridge (for now!) They often say opposites attract, and while we differ in our thinking and ways we do almost everything, we enjoy a lot of the same things. We appreciate good cooking, we love the outdoors in any capacity, traveling to exciting places that have a nice balance of adventure and relaxation, and a good nap with our dog Caesar. We got engaged in Italy in the summer of 2021, but it’s finally time for the wedding!&nbsp; 2025, here we come! We cannot wait to celebrate in Greece with our family and friends and make this another experience of a lifetime!&nbsp;

We're all going to Greece!!Specifically to the island of Paros! We recommend staying in either a hotel or Airbnb near the town of Naoussa. This town is where you can find some of the best restaurants, nightlife, and shopping the island has to offer, and is close by to all wedding events! *** We are currently working on hotel discounts! I will add them in as we receive them!***Now, when we say stay NEAR Naoussa, we recommend just outside of where all the action is, walking distance or a short ride is ideal. Otherwise, you may be staying above an actual bar. They stay open until the early morning hours and you may have to roll your luggage through the small alleyways to access your accommodations! You also do not have to listen to us! Wherever you choose to stay, please know that any hotels can always set you up with taxi service to and from anywhere during your stay. Airbnb hosts are typically extremely responsive as well and can arrange a taxi service. Lots of hotels offer pickup from arriving flights and ferries, so be sure to utilize them! BY BOAT&nbsp;- it is a 3-4 hour ferry ride from Piraeus (PIR) port in Athens, GR to Paros island (PAR).If going this route, great to book your ferry trip after booking your big flight from the US to Athens GR. Keep in mind of travel time between once you land and taxi over to the ferry (30mins +/-) think of baggage claim, etc. Give yourselves a few hours in between if possible!**Please note: the ferry waits for NO ONE! Transportation to and from Monastiri Beach Bar

Monastiri Beach Bar can be conveniently accessed via various modes of transportation, including both land-based transportation options and the availability of a taxi boat from the port of Naoussa.I recommend taking the taxi boat from the port of Naoussa, its a few euros, about a 10 minute ride and a fun boat ride! I will send more info on this as we get closer to the trip!

SHOULD I BRING EUROS?

Yes! Most places accept credit cards but in Greece having Euro on hand is always helpful. There are plenty of ATMs on the island, so you will always have access there VIA your debit card if needed.&nbsp;
